Tenerife Properties has been established since 1979 and is located directly across the road from the car park entrance to the Mercadona / San Eugenio shopping centre. The office is ideally situated between the BBVA bank and Banco Santander.
Partners, Mike Woodhouse and Lynne Leadbetter and their employees, cover all aspects of buying and selling property in Tenerife.
Mike is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of The National Association of Estate Agents (Overseas) and a Member of the Spanish College known as the Asociacion Profesional de Gestores Intermediarias en Promociones de Edificaciones, his college number being GIPE 2676 and has been practicing in Tenerife since 1988. He is also the Appointed Valuer for the Abbey National International for the Canary Islands.
Together with his secretary, Delia, Mike concentrates and specialises mainly on the legal aspects of property purchase or sales and offers a conveyancing service to clients who buy or sell privately or with other agents.
Lynne who has been living on the Island for over 20 years concentrates her time on co-ordinating the sales side. Lynne has many valuable years experience both as an island resident and in real estate. She is aided by Rachel Rogers, and between them they assist in all aspects of the purchasing/selling process.
Kerry Woodhouse, our After Sales Consultant, is also on hand to take you 'shopping' for items you require for your new holiday home. If you are a relative stranger to the Island do not be put off by questions like ' ..where can I get a kettle, beds, towels, linen etc.' Having shopped till she´s dropped on numerous occasions, she knows where to go!
